It is based on preventing childhood anxiety and depression through emotional resilience – helping to teach children and youth how to cope with and manage anxiety both now and also later in life. Early intervention can help in preventing childhood anxiety from developing into chronic adult anxiety disorder or, in some cases, clinical depression.

Community Action Group on Homelessness
A place to call home is something many of us take for granted, so sometimes it's hard to understand how anyone can end up experiencing homelessness. We hope to bridge that understanding while working hard to make sure that everyone has a safe, affordable place to live.
We value and recognize the contributions of our volunteers. We are a grassroots community mental health charity that directly impacts the lives of the people we serve. Enjoy the personal satisfaction of being a volunteer with us.
